It can fairly be stated that, like chivalry, the writing’s of F. Scott Fitzgerald, and reason, the halcyon days of the ascot have long passed. Indeed, recent years have relegated the fashion accessory to Saturday morning cartoons. But, like all truly great works, the ascot never truly died, it was only waiting to be rediscovered by men of style and distinction.

Today’s gentleman, fatigued with visions of chest hair, t-shirts, and bolo ties, has sought, and found, refuge with the ascot.

For the man of aesthetics, who seeks the interstice between the stark world of the pin-striped banker, and the devil-may-care affectations of work-a-day casual, the ascot is your sanctuary of style.
