There are times when the Magistrates and Jurists of this world give credit to our language. This is one such time.

It presents as a regular Jarndyce v. Jarndyce. As I am versed exclusively in criminal law at this point, I feel like Phil Hartman as Matlock: “Your Honor, I don’t know much about the law…”
But I can still appreciate “fits and starts”. And some applause for J. Reilly: “considerable effort on the part of the Court to divine the facts of the case….”
